1-2-1 Personal Training

We offer bespoke 1-2-1 personal training sessions. You can expect a tailored programme and expert coaching delivered by our highly skilled and experienced trainers. Sessions are 1 hour long and can be booked in our private fitness studio in Penge.


Also If you are based in Crystal Palace, Brixton, Clapham or Balham we have the capability to train you in the the comfort of your home or in a local outdoor space.

Small Group Personal Training

Our small group personal training programme allows you to gain one on one support through your fitness journey whilst working as part of a group. You will receive all the great benefits of a 1-2-1 membership as well as becoming part of a motivating fitness community. We have a variety of different fun themed sessions spread throughout the week from Monday to Sunday, from 6:30am till 8pm.
