Coined as “Bootcamp Buddy” for our bootcamps’ friendliness and community feel! All fitness abilities are welcome and encouraged; come along on your own, bring a buddy or even organise your own session with our Head Trainer.
Bootcamp Buddy is a fun group workout, delivering the results and benefits of personal training. Utilising bodyweight exercise, high intensity movements, ascending intensity movements for all fitness levels and weight training – all with a military edge!

Have your own group between 3 – 6? Book a time with our trainer that suits you. £100 for the session (and split the cost with your friends at a time that suits you!)
